ValuePlus: A custom first-class service

More than 50 customers are putting their trust in Ferag and WRH Marketing and drawing upon the services that come with ValuePlus. An interview at IFRA Expo 2009 with key personnel from the Rheinisch Bergischen Druckerei in Düsseldorf (Rheinische Post) revealed just how they were profiting from ValuePlus in day-to-day production.

Christoph Wacker, Mailroom Manager, wants to be certain that production on the installations can be maintained at a consistently high performance. “That is why we opted for the Domino package and went over to a maintenance concept that looks at rates of wear and tear”, he explains.

According to Michael Linssen, who is in charge of domestic and operating technology, the Ferag installations run technically perfectly thanks to intensive maintenance. He also points to the synergies that come with the Ferag technicians entrusted with service and repair tasks, in that his staff often benefit from the expertise and advice of these specialists.

For CEO Matthias Tietz, it all centres around optimum production security, which the technology delivers at a low cost. “High production performance can only be achieved by working with the best partners. And in this respect we have been able to depend on Ferag as a company for many years. It’s the kind of collaboration we can only recommend”, he can confirm.
